Cancellations & No Show Policy
Please be kind and call as soon as you know you will not be able to make an appointment.
If you do not show for your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours prior to the appointment time, you will be charged half of the fee for the scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that if you are late for your appointment, to be courteous to the other clients, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee will be charged to you.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for a specified service or dollar amount. There is no expiration date and they may be transferred to another new or existing client.
Refunds
Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued. A gift certificate or other services may be offered in place of a refund.
Forms of Payment
At this time, Barbie's Bodywork will only accept payment in the form of Cash or Personal Check.
